Helmets to Hardhats Canada: Serving veterans and the military community every day, all year long

Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) Canada is a registered non-profit organization that has been providing second career opportunities within Canada's Building Trade Unions to the military-affiliated community for over a decade. It ensures the military community is connected to careers with the best industry wages, benefits, and pension plans. At the same time, Canada's unions and employers receive highly motivated, trained, and dedicated employees to add to their workforce.

All veterans, CAF members and immediate family, current and former cadets and junior Canadian rangers, and Afghan nationals with an enduring relationship to Canada are eligible to apply with H2H Canada. 

Employers and Partners

Helmets to Hardhats is looking for employers who offer the best jobs in Canada's building industry for those who have served. Once approved, employers can post or look through the H2H database of job seekers. Recognized Helmets to Hardhats employers have immediate access to advertise opportunities online in a secure online database. Employers can post or H2H can assist. A Helmets to Hardhats employer can search through the resumes of individual applicants.

All registered H2H contractors can now post opportunities outside the traditional bargaining units for administration, logistics, schedulers, estimators, security, etc.
