New Fall Protection Height Requirement from Ellis Don Takes Effect January 1, 2025
Effective January 1, 2025, fall protection will be required any time a worker is exposed to a fall of 1.8 meters (6 feet) or greater, except for podium style ladders which can be used with fall protection height requirements that are compliant with local legislation.

The WorkBC Wage Subsidy Program helps employers reduce hiring and training costs by covering a portion of employee wages, making it easier to fill vacant positions and support employees with disabilities or are facing work-related barriers.
