B.C. Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan

The Construction Industry Rehabilitation Program (CIRP) is a non-profit alcohol and drug treatment program that provides mental health and addiction services to members of the construction industry. The program has been operating for 35 years, and in 2016 underwent an extensive redesign to incorporate the latest in addition treatment therapies.
